How we use your Gmail data

Read-only access to the threads we start. Permission to send from your own account. Nothing else.

gmail.send

AI SDR sends outbound sales email from your connected mailbox, using your own sending identity · so replies come back to you naturally and deliverability doesn't rely on a shared IP. Every send is triggered by a template you authored in the app or an explicit action you took in the UI. You can pause or disconnect any mailbox at any time.

gmail.readonly

AI SDR reads inbound replies on the threads it initiated so it can attribute them to the right lead, classify intent, and route hot ones to the assigned BDE. Read-only · we never label, modify, delete, or draft messages, and we never read threads outside the ones AI SDR itself started.

Gmail message data is stored encrypted at rest, retained for 90 days of active audit history, and never sold, shared with third parties, or used to train AI models. You can disconnect any mailbox from Settings → Integrations, or revoke access directly from your Google account permissions page. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
